Thank you for your interest in our dance shoes!
We are able to accept returns for most of our shoes except for special orders and K360s if we have attached taps for you. Otherwise you will have 30 days from the ship date to return any shoe that does not meet your satisfaction. Any returned shoes must not have been danced in and look new. We suggest that you try shoes on a soft surface such as carpet as to not scratch the bottoms of the shoes.
If a newly purchased shoe rips or breaks you may ship them back for repairs. We will repair them and ship them back to you at no extra charge. If we are not able to fix the shoe we will send you a new pair. We retain the right to determine if a shoe has broken from normal wear and tear or if there is a defect in the shoe. We will only repair or replace your shoes for no charge if we feel that there is a defect in the shoe. It is helpful if you are able to send us pictures of the shoe so we can better understand your situation.
